Where are you located?
We are based in Virginia and have hosted properties in Canaan Valley, West Virginia; Outer Banks, North Carolina; and Beech Mountain, North Carolina. We have trusted local teams in each area and am open to working in new locations where short-term rentals are allowed.
Can you use my current team?
Absolutely. If you already have a cleaner and preferred vendors, we are happy to work with them. If not, we have a trusted network we can bring in to support your property.
How involved do I need to be?
That’s up to you! Some owners prefer a completely hands-off experience, while others like to stay updated on bookings and guest reviews. We tailor our co-hosting to match your comfort level, with full transparency along the way.
